Made in-house.

Every piece passes through our own hands — from wax model to finished setting. Casting, cutting, setting and plating all happen inside our own production house, so quality never leaves the family.

Stone-first design.

We source each stone before the setting is drawn. The mineral leads; the metal follows. Rough or faceted, every gem is selected and calibrated by our own stone department.

Three generations, one bench.

Our family has worked silver in Jaipur since 2000. What began as a single bench is now a full production house serving boutiques and retailers across the US, Europe, the Middle East and Australia — with the same design-first care as the first piece.

THE PROCESS

Inside the production house.

Eight stations between a sketch and a finished piece. Every one of them is ours.

  1. N°01

    CAD & wax printing

    Each design is drawn in CAD and grown as a wax model, so proportions are right before metal is ever poured.

  2. N°02

    Wax department

    Models are treed, refined and prepared by hand for the cast.

  3. N°03

    Casting & fabrication

    Sterling 925 is cast in-house, then cut, filed and assembled at the bench.

  4. N°04

    Gemstone selection

    Rough and faceted stones are graded and matched — the same stone department that leads our designs.

  5. N°05

    Stone setting

    Bezel, prong and flush settings, seated by setters who work a single specialty.

  6. N°06

    Tumbling & polishing

    Pieces are tumbled, hand-polished and, where the line calls for it, plated in vermeil.

  7. N°07

    Quality control

    Every piece is checked against the line sheet — stone security, finish, weight and hallmark.

  8. N°08

    Packaging

    Counted, bagged and boxed for retail — packs arrive ready for the case.
